EMF Lifting & laughing is your home away from home, your comedy club and stress reliever all in one local gym with a difference. At EMF every member has their own unique life and fitness aims and it is our goal to make health and fitness as rewarding, enjoyable and fun for you as we possibly can.

We love fitness, banter and general tomfoolery. EMF Lifting & Laughing is a place for all ages to come and train as our members range from 8 to 88 years old. You’re never too old or too young to look after your health.
