Ingredients

  • 300 g crab meat
  • 6 crackers
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 g spice for fish
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • With the exception of the crab, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make a dressing.
  • Once you've made the dressing, add the shredded crab meat and mix to a paste.
  • Divide into four individual balls, and flatten to make a sort of patty. They should be about the same size as a hamburger.
  • Leave the patties to rest in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  • After the 40 minutes, it's time to cook them. Fry them individually in plenty of oil for 3 - 4 minutes until golden. Before you start frying, remember that the oil needs to be really hot.
  • Now it's time to serve. They're usually served hot accompanied by a salad, but given that they look so much like hamburgers, you could also serve them in a bun.

Notes

If you don't want to fry them in the classic way, try grilling or baking until they're golden. You could also fry them in a pan with less oil, cooking them for three minutes on each side.
